I like to think of myself as being pretty open. In fact, I like a little bondage from time to time. But I also prefer human touch over machines and toys. At Spa Ja, where I treated myself to what I imagined a relaxing Herbal Detox Wrap, human touch was replaced with a high-tech, computer-controlled torture chamber called Oceana 5.
To be fair, the treatment began with an absolutely invigorating hands-on body scrub which was ideal for my flaky, dry winter skin. And, when 1st mummified in hot towels drenched in a muscle-melting mix of herbs and oils, I was in complete surrender. But when the clamshell top of the Oceana 5 capsule came down, leaving only my head exposed, the rest of the treatment was devoid of human touch. There I was; bound, wrapped and tortured with steam, vichy showers and infared heat for what felt like an eternity. It felt like being trapped in a steam room with no sure exit. All I could think of was “How much longer, Mistress Ja?”. I was a bad submissive and had to use my safe words twice just to get a little relief from the suffocation. My release from bondage was a welcome relief. Yes, my stressed out muscles felt like mush but I didn't feel mentally relaxed.
As for the detox? Well, it worked! I woke up the next morning with my right eye swollen shut and was sick with the flu for a full week afterwards. I must’ve been really toxic!
