If only you could coast through life on a path of never-ending, feel-good emotions. But the human experience includes a full spectrum of them including anger, fear, sadness, shame etc. So, what are you supposed to do with all those emotions? Suppress them, ignore them, minimize them, judge them and put on a happy face for the world to see? Of all the un-pretty emotions there are to feel, which one do you dread the most?
