Turn-Ons: A cool, loungey vibe conducive to working on your laptop, chattin' it up with your girls or even playing Monopoly! They've got a stack of board games. Oh, and a light menu.
Turn-Offs: The cool vibe couldn't make up for the unwelcoming customer service.

I woke up recently with an aversion to coffee. I have no idea what suddenly turned my taste buds against one of my all-time favorite vices. I wondered if that's what happened with my EX. Did he wake up one day, look at me and go "meh!". Because now I finally get it! So I needed a new thang. Kinda like my EX decided he needed a new thang (or two).
I found a replacement for my usual coffee shop in the form of a cute little tea lounge, Into Tea, that matched my desires: local, comfy, free wi-fi and a great cuppa joe (tea). Score! Although it was nearly empty, the vibrant energy from soulful house music and the colorful artwork against the white walls were definite turn-ons; as were the huge windows that lent themselves as frames to Brooklyn brownstones and infrequent passers by. What it lacked was welcoming service from a staff knowledgeable about the menu. Maybe they didn't realize this was my first dalliance with tea. That I needed a little foreplay and a little guidance. Someone to titillate my taste buds even before my first sip. Instead, I fumbled awkwardly over a list of one hundred teas making boastful claims of rocking my world in one way or another.
I chose a tea as boring as missionary sex and left wondering if I'll ever find a tea as thrilling as Joe.
