Turn Ons: Redcord makes me feel like a ninja-in-training!
Turn Offs: I'd love more detailed instruction to maximize the intention & goals of each exercise.

I've got a confession. I've been wrapped up in a torrid new affair with Redcord. No, it hasn't diminished my deep affection for or loyalty to Pilates. But it definitely scores a close second; just as Idris Elba does to The Rock.
It started off as just a brief flirtation: a Living Social deal including three group classes at Pilates on Fifth. Being a person picky about my Pilates, though, I decided to take advantage of Pilates on Fifth for that little special something they offer that most Pilates studios don't. REDCORD! If you know me well, you know I'm a total whore for any workout system based on corrective, full-body, functional exercises with core strength and optimal alignment at its foundation. Redcord satisfies my workout snobbery with the added bonus of being primarily suspension exercises that challenge proprioception, balance, dynamic joint stability and core strength. I feel like I'm a ninja-in-training and I love it!
I couldn't give up Redcord after just three sessions of sweaty workout lovin'. It's got me hooked and I dfinitely feel the blossoming of a long-term relationship.
